Safety Committee Charter
Mike Payette and Mark Maday from Union Pacific Railroad addressed CAC Safety Committee and member questions at the October CAC meeting. Railroad safety was an inititiave identified by the Safety committee at the CAC retreat. For more detailed information, please see Approved Minutes October 13, 2008.
The Safety Committee works with Flint Hills Resources management and safety team members to monitor and improve programs that protect the community and Flint Hills Resources employees; helped establish the telephone call-out Emergency Preparedness Network – or EPN system.
